Swing is an upbeat lively form of dance that came to prominence in WW2 with Big Bands playing, GI's filling the dancefloors and swirly skirts a must. It is suitable for all ages and while you will learn the fundamentals of the dance, Swing offers plenty of room for improvisation on the dancefloor
Whatever style you select, whether it be Lindy Hop, Balboa, West Coast etc, be prepared for a fun-filled hour and a half with swirly skirts optional.

How long is the class?
The class is an hour and a half with 2 short breaks.
Can everyone participate?
Absolutely! We want everyone to join in and have fun.
If someone can not participate in the actual class due to medical reasons or otherwise, they can still join us and be a cheerleader, take pictures, or simply sit down and enjoy the show.
What should we wear?
It's up to you, most groups prefer casual wear but going the extra mile and actually dressing up for the class can be a lot of fun.
